Since our initial site launch we have grown to three locations with various professional stylists and lovers of beauty.

How much is Essence Salon Suites rent?

Rental rates begin at $250 per week, varying based on the size and location of the suite. As the suite size increases, so will the
rental cost.

Essence Salon Suites operates on a flexible weekly rental model for our salon suites, featuring a hassle-free, no-contract agreement. Lifestyle professionals can choose to leave at any time with just a two-week notice. Our goal is to foster long- lasting relationships with our Lifestyle Professionals.
A salon suite average size is 10 x 12. We do have larger suites if available.
We ask that you don’t have more than 2 clients in your suite. Depending on the size of your suite it will very.
Each suite comes fully equipped and ready for you to start working. Simply bring in your stylist chair and tools to begin your business. For more information, please check the details under the amenities tab.
Yes, its required that you pay a one week rental nonrefundable deposit.
Yes, state license is required to rent a suite.
Yes, we will at no extra cost help you setup your suite.
Yes, you can design your suite to your specifications with Essence Salon Suite prior approval.
